Scope of Support
The following general guidelines apply when working with the Ubiquiti Support Team:
1. We offer support for all UBNT devices. We will do our best to ensure your Ubiquiti product is working in accordance with our warranty , but we may not be able to resolve problems or answer questions when third party devices are involved.
2. For consulting questions, contact a local Ubiquiti expert. All network environments are different, and we are unable to offer advice regarding particular setups or scenarios.
3. Share your Beta software questions in the Community. We do not offer support for any alpha or beta products, firmware or software. Beta participants are asked to share feedback and issues via the designated beta community forums.
4. Modify core functionality at your own risk. We cannot support attempts to bypass standard device functionality or protective measures.
5. Additional product specific restrictions may apply as set forth in the warranty or applicable documentation for your Ubiquiti product.
