Effective as of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a privacy regulation that aims to strengthen the security and protection of personal data in the EU and harmonize EU data protection laws. Besides strengthening and standardizing data privacy across the EU nations, it will require new or additional obligations on all organizations that handle EU citizens’ personal data.

To delete the data saved on an airMAX device, a factory reset will need to be performed. This clears all data saved on the device. You can use the reset button on the device itself, or use the webUI to perform the reset. Go to the Systems tab, and click on the Reset to Factory Defaults link at the bottom of the page. To export the data, please use the Back Up Configuration link at the bottom of the page.
