1. Login to your VoIP Controller.

2. Click the Settings Menu.

3. In the navigation menu, click the Maintenance tab.

4. Under the Backup Section, click the Download Backup button.

5. You should now have downloaded a file named "ControllerVersion.unf" (ie. 1.0.5.unf).  With this backup file, you will now be able to restore all of the VoIP Controller Settings/Data to a new controller installation.

1. Login to your VoIP Controller.

2. Click the Settings Menu.

3. In the navigation menu, Click the Maintenance tab.

4. Under the Restore Section, click the Choose File button.

5. Select the backup file. You should have a file named the "ControllerVersion.unf" (ie. 1.0.5.unf)

6. Click Confirm to initiate the restore of the backup you have selected.

 7. When the Controller launches at the login screen your password might have changed if your backup had a different username/password combinations.
