What does UniFi Elite support?
All UniFi Elite subscriptions include Enterprise Phone Support for the licensed devices. UniFi Elite Support is currently only available with new purchases from authorized distributors for customers in the United States, and can be reached from 8am-5pm MST/MDT.
UniFi Elite Support can be reached at 866.ELITE855 (866.354.8385). Customers must have an active UniFi Elite subscription for any devices for which they want to receive support. In order to verify this, when calling the number above, customers must provide their Elite Customer ID.

Locating your UniFi Elite Customer ID
When calling in to UniFi Elite Support, you will need to provide your Customer ID when prompted. To get your customer ID, follow these steps:
- Open your UniFi controller
- Go to the Devices tab, and select an Elite device.
- Under Device Properties > Details, select Elite, and your Elite info will be displayed as follows:
